Please note that you may view our catalog on my website, as well as download recipes, watch videos about our cookware, how our knives are made, etc. If you need to send knives to our factory, you can use the service request form under "sharpening/repair". Just fill in the "printed confirmation" form online and print if off to include in the box with your knives. Mailing information is all included!
