Since 2013, Emmi has helped 2,000+ families expand their Cutco Collection. She is based in Cincinnati, OH, and provides local service to clients in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, in addition to working with clients in 30+ states. She is committed to providing continuous value via sharpening service, new recipes, & kitchen tips.

Emmi is available via phone, text, email, & social media to set up your sharpening service, get a custom quote, redeem any eligible discounts, or answer any questions!

SHARPENING SERVICES

In-Person:

For clients in the Cincinnati, Dayton, Northern KY, Louisville, and Lexington area, Emmi puts on annual Service & Sales Events. Scheduling will be open 3 weeks prior to the event date.

• Schedule an appointment (approx. 30 min)
• Bring all of your Cutco in for inspection & service. Knives are sharpened on location. If anything needs more intensive service, it will be shipped back to the "Cutco Spa" for a flat shipping price, and shipped back to you within 2-3 weeks.
• Review uses & care
• Take advantage of Event Specials - expand your Cutco Kitchen Collection and grab gifts for all occasions

In-home service is available on a very limited basis, at Emmi’s discretion. For in-person service, plan on attending a Service Event.

Factory:

Does your product have a chip in the blade, tip broken off or melted handle?

For factory repair, replacement, and “factory edge” sharpening, fill out the company service form & send your product back to the Cutco Spa (aka Olean, NY)!

BUSINESS GIFTS

Emmi has held the role of Closing Gift Consultant with Cutco since 2017.

She currently spends the majority of her time working with realtors, lenders, and a wide array of businesses on their client, employee, and referral gifts. She specializes in long-term branding, client retention, and keeping her clients top of mind to their sphere, through high quality, branded gifts. Our gifts are 100% tax deductible, and get you daily, active touches in the most popular room of the home.
